Class Descriptions
Align (intermediate)
This intermediate class is a progressive workout that utilizes a combination of equipment and props to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your balance. Using any combination of equipment (Reformer, Jump Board, Chair, Tower, Bosu, Barrels, Oov, and small props) your instructor will lead you through a class that not only gives you a great workout but helps you better connect to your body as you go about the rest of your day.
Renew (all levels)
This beginner/intermediate class is a full-body flowing workout that delves deeply into the balance of stretching and strengthening the body. The abdominals and trunk are challenged in every movement while concentrating on control, precision, and breath. is perfect for newbies or those with years of experience. This class is form-focused offering both strength and stretching. Movements are mindful to aid in deepening body awareness, perfecting form, and aiding with relaxation.
Therapeutic Pilates (All levels)
This intentionally-paced class focuses on mobility, strength, and balance. By using classical Pilates moves and functional movements to keep clients able to do all their favorite activities at home! This class is a great fit for active agers and those recovering from surgery or injury after being cleared by a PT or Doctor.
Empower (Advanced)
Your body will be challenged through this advanced class that builds strength and flexibility. This fast-paced class will give you a full-body workout using a variety of equipment and props so you never get bored! *Due to the nature of the movements in this class you must be approved by the instructor to join the class.*
Equi-Core (all levels)
Equi-Core is specifically designed to help equestrians with their horse-riding skills by addressing muscle inbalances, increasing mobility, and strengthing the core.
